One of Tauro’s newer advisors, Lanette Bosch, decided to give her 2 Minutes presentation on how to build and maintain relationships during economic cycles. While new to Tauro, she is certainly no stranger to commercial real estate. She has worked in the industry for over 20 years and seen her fair share of cycles. Heading up Tauro’s Florida office, she believes it is essential to connect with her clients outside of the office. While technology is great, a Teams meeting is not where a connection is going to happen. She loves to catch up, talk strategy, pain-points, etc. with her clients over golf, sporting events, and even paddle boarding. She encourages everyone to think outside of the box when it comes to connecting with their clients so that they can reach them on a human level and better serve as a true advisor.
