Following a common theme, Co-founder and President of the Capital Markets Group, Stephen Stein, used his 2 Minutes during Tauro’s weekly, Tuesday pipeline meeting to talk about Ryan Holiday’s book “The Obstacle is the Way.” Using the book as inspiration for the presentation, Steve elaborated on the obstacles that capital advisors in commercial real estate face. Along with some inspiring quotes, Steve chose to share the story of a man who grew up in the foster care system unwanted due to his medical disability. Even with a large obstacle facing him from childhood, he was able to overcome and become an inspiration for many. By using this example, Steve’s hope is that Tauro’s advisors can take the obstacles being thrown at them and overcome similar to Ryan Holiday, Zion Clark, Michael Jordan, and more.
