Stager recommended taking an assessment that matches personal preferences with a wine score, enabling individuals to discover their preferred types. The wine wheel categorizes the different types through flavors defined by seasons. Although it is not a rigid guideline, it proves to be helpful. Stager also suggested using the book “The Wine Avenger.” All that learning gave her a true passion for wine, and today, she is an aficionado.
