Karly Iacono, Senior Vice President of Investment Properties at CRBE and host of CRE Fast Five, sits down with Matt Bucaro, Managing Partner at Tauro Capital Advisors, and discusses the current state of the market, advice for buyers trying to secure financing, and Matt’s measure of success. Matt highlights that given the state of the market as of July 2022, Tauro has been referred to more institutional-sized clients in the last couple months than over the last five years! His advice to investors is that although there is market uncertainty, is to at least hire or speak with good capital advisors with a solid tap on the market as there are still some lenders in the market. Matt’s measure of success is performing ordinary things extraordinarily well. This includes identifying ordinary things within a transaction that could go wrong or become problematic ahead of time.
