In this episode, Matthew Bucaro speaks on his experience entering the real estate and banking industry and the opportunities that Tauro Capital Advisors has given him. After beginning his career as an analyst at Spectrum, he then joined the broker side of Spectrum. Matt followed an opportunity leading him to Chase Bank, which he refers to as a “powerhouse,” in comparison to other banks in the industry. During his time at Chase Bank, Matt looked at about 10-15 “cookie-cutter” deals per month.
Now, Matt currently works for Tauro Capital Advisors Inc., a financial services company with a diverse background in all aspects of commercial real estate, allowing him to take and look at deals he would never previously have had the opportunity to see. Tauro has the resources of an in-house underwriting and processing team with a database that gives access to over 5,000 Lenders. From a client advocacy perspective, this provides the client with the best opportunity to have several quotes presented to find the best deal.
