Associate Director, Cameron Lee, gave his 2 Minutes Presentation off the book “The Obstacle Is the Way” by Ryan Holiday. As a Capital Advisor, he and a handful of his fellow bulls have read or are reading the book to get an expert’s insight into motivation. There are people out there who face much greater hardships than we ever could, so it is important to remember that you need to trust the process. Even on bad days, you need to be able to get back up and keep going. As an advisor, keep calling and calling even when it feels like you are not getting anywhere. It will pay off.
