This is the first major global disruptor in our lives. The most recent occurrence with the amount of significance to compare is arguably World War II. We are moving out of COVID at this point, but everyone has been affected. It’s important to look at who we were and who we are now post-COVID by analyzing what your experience was. Microsoft Teams and other similar technology have been game-changers in this day and age, but they can’t replace in-office culture. Normal as we know it is no longer. Now there is a new normal.
