Managing Director, Tony Festa, gave a 2Minutes presentation on racecar drivers after listening to a podcast about it while driving to an MBA (Mortgage Brokers Association) event in Las Vegas. It is called Dinner with Racers where the hosts interview different racers for an hour learning their habits and techniques so ordinary people can incorporate them into their lives and try to better themselves. This podcast featured Will Power who races Indy Cars and has won several different years. Something that allows him to succeed is focusing and visualizing positive thoughts. He explains how he visualized himself getting to his level of success. As advisors, we need to picture that success for ourselves which will help us chart a clear path towards success.
