Associate Director, Michael Bucaro, used his 2 Minutes to talk about consistent habits and a positive mindset citing two books he’s been reading including “Atomic Habits” and “Switch On your Brain”. He believes that the habits he has learned from these books can be applied to everyone’s regular lives. Don’t strive for drastic change. Even if you improve at something just 1% a day, you are still improving, and if you stay on a consistent path, you will be where you want to be in no time. By switching our mindset, we are able to create physical changes. There is scientific proof of this. In short, manifest, what you want, be grateful, and you will go far.
