First, he emphasized the importance of leading every day. Second, he mentioned how we need to recognize that leadership is an ongoing process that occurs more frequently than we realize. Trust and communication is highlighted as foundational elements of effective leadership. Third, in the context of commercial real estate (CRE), the conference discussed the three E’s to define the clients we work with: Educated, Established, and Experienced. He emphasized the significance of understanding and being knowledgeable about each deal since the client likely possess these qualities. Managing deal probabilities from the outset is a crucial aspect that we do well on but can always improve.
