Senior Director, Andy Sabherwal shared a 1992 photo of himself next to Phil Jackson to start off his 2 Minutes presentation. Crazy enough, right before the photo was taken, he had just finished having a ten-minute conversation with Michael Jordan nearby. Both of these were surreal moments for the Capital Advisor especially because that was the first time he engaged a stranger in conversation. Little did he know that would become a core part of his career. This allowed him to look at people as more approachable regardless of status. If we can all do that, we will be able to have more meaningful conversations with everyone.
