In it, he said that you need to think big and dream big. Don’t put yourself into a box because you’re not setting yourself up for success. Coinciding with 2024 business planning at Tauro, you limit yourself when you are too conservative and put a cap on what you can accomplish. You need to aim big and try your best to achieve it. It’s fine to fall short because you’ll still be better off than you were when you had the limiting factor imposed.
