Tauro Capital Advisors was recently hired by Los Angeles’s Leap of Faith Partners to source high leverage debt in the amount of $52.4 million in construction financing for a 125-unit, 10,000 square-foot, mixed-use development located in Ventura, CA. This deal solidified Tauro’s proven track record of handling unique properties as modular projects involve extra steps to secure enough funding as they are not considered traditional buildings. This deal also stayed consistent with Tauro’s best practice of keeping the sponsor’s needs in mind as they were able to structure with a senior lender + C-Pace. This required no additional cash to close and the sponsor will get to keep all the profit.
