Josh Warner joined Tauro Capital Advisors in June of 2024 with a focus on Owner/User commercial real estate financing. With a dynamic 10 year background in SBA Lending, Josh specializes in securing the best possible terms for business owners both in the Los Angeles area and nationwide.

Prior to joining Tauro, Josh worked for Wells Fargo as a Senior SBA Financing Expert, where he facilitated the lending process from the point of initial loan submission all the way to funding. In addition to his time at Wells Fargo, Mr. Warner also gained broader insight into the owner-occupied lending environment during his time with Business Finance Capital, a leading CDC based in Los Angeles. There, he gained valuable insights underwriting directly for the SBA and working with dozens of institutional bank partners providing SBA 504 lending services.

In addition to Mr. Warner’s market experience, he is a Board Member of the Great San Fernando Valley Chamber of Commerce, where he has served as Co-Chair of the Government Affairs Committee for the past 4 years. Josh is truly passionate about assisting business owners, advocating for business-friendly legislative policy, and successfully navigating clients through an increasingly difficult lending environment.
