Tauro’s Director of Analytics, Jack Carroll gave a 2Minutes presentation on military history citing his fascination with the subject. He starts off by quoting how amateurs use tactics while professionals focus on logistics. He ties that quote and the example of the Second Punic War between Carthage and Rome into Tauro is run. While the head of Carthage was a great military tactician, Rome excelled at the logistics side playing a long game of attrition until they were ultimately victorious. While there are both marketing and sales tactics, Tauro excels by looking into the logistics of those tactics so that we can go further and differentiate ourself from the competition.
