Managing Director, Matt Bucaro, started off his 2 Minutes presentation with some tough-love style words of encouragement from one of his favorite speakers, Andy Frisella on the topic of Mental Toughness. The reason Matt chose to start his presentation with that was to show the type of mindset that will be needed with a looming recession. This will be a first for a lot of Tauro’s younger bulls. Mental toughness is what is needed to make it in commercial real estate and not be discouraged. That is what every experienced professional in the industry will say. A recession means making more calls and making more lasting relations that will prevail.
