Rich Perry joined Tauro Capital Advisors in 2021 after coming from a 23-year background in CRE loan origination and having originated and closed more than 330 debt transactions utilizing banks, life companies, CMBS/Wall Street, family offices, agency, debt funds and private money sources of capital.

At Tauro, Mr. Perry provides advisory expertise in long-term fixed-rate financing for multifamily, industrial, NNN/STNL, medical office and essential retail assets.

Rich began his CRE career in 1996 at a small apartment brokerage firm in Phoenix and in 1998 landed with an L.A. based boutique mortgage banking firm doing 1^st gen CMBS loans.  His diverse experience includes CRE loan origination for a regional bank, a couple boutique mortgage banking platforms featuring life company correspondents, and an in-house mortgage broker for one of the largest privately-owned real estate investment companies in the southwest.  He has enjoyed solid working relationships for more than two decades with many clients, lenders and real estate brokers.

Mr. Perry has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Services from Oregon State University.
