Matt has over 18 years’ experience in commercial real estate, capital markets and development. Throughout the financial crisis completing over $450M in CRE workout, rescue capital and financing assignments. As a senior team member of a nationwide private equity firm Matt held multiple responsibilities including joint venture structuring, equity & debt placement, acquisitions and third-party brokerage services. As the market strengthen Matt focused on middle market value add transactions and development, transacting over 1,400 acres. Recently Matt led the commercial lending team for a national private lender. Working with borrowers on financing value add and construction project across the US.
