Ms. Bosch joined Tauro in the spring of 2023.  Lanette’s experience and time of over 20 years in various capital market roles has allowed her to develop extensive relationships with owner/operators, family offices, and institutional equity capital.  She will be located in the South Florida office and will provide clients with capital structuring and procurement for their projects.

Lanette has been an independent consultant since 2005. She has served as the head of the real estate advisory team for BLD Holdings, Inc, a single family office and consulting firm, for the last five years.  She has also had her own commercial real estate advisory firm since 2018.

Throughout her career Lanette has held roles in commercial lending, investment banking, and equity research sales, working with middle market operating companies, large Fortune 500 clients, as well as top mutual fund management companies and hedge funds throughout the country.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Iowa, and also holds a Florida license in real estate brokerage.
