Chad Prizmich joined Tauro Capital Advisors in 2022. He specializes in sourcing debt and equity for multifamily projects, residential property development and acquisitions.

Mr. Prizmich began his career in the Silicon Valley as an associate for a national public accounting firm. In this role, he provided Federal tax advisory and compliance services to Fortune 1000 companies, alternative investment funds, and growth stage startups. After three years, he transitioned into commercial real estate, working on multifamily and mixed-use asset transactions as an agent at Marcus & Millichap in the Sacramento office before joining Tauro.

Mr. Prizmich received his BS in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis with a minor in accounting.
