Andy Evans joined Tauro Capital Advisors in the summer of 2022. His primary responsibilities include transaction modeling, underwriting, and due diligence.

Prior to joining Tauro, Mr. Evans worked at Baceline Group as an acquisition analyst, where he sourced opportunities, built financial models, and conducted market research and due diligence on potential commercial real estate investments. During his time at Baceline Group, he was involved in the closing of 25 properties representing over $150M in new acquisitions. While pursuing his undergrad degree at the University of Colorado-Boulder, Mr. Evans worked at Lever Capital Partners as a financial analyst for the capital markets team. Previously, Mr. Evans worked at 1045 Commercial Real Estate as an acquisition analyst intern.

Mr. Evans received his BS in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
